We accept returns of new items within 30 days that have not been opened or used in any way. Defects or defective items are handled by their respective Manufacturer Only, not us. Any returns to us must be freight pre-paid. Woodrow Jones Parts Inc. will not be responsible for return freight in any way. Most items on the website will ship immediately. Some items may not be on the shelf at the time of order, but will be shipped as soon as available; usually within a day or so.
